We did a girls dinner here, and were very excited to try it! Went to grab a drink while we waited for our table, and the bartender was quite rude. We considered leaving and going elsewhere after she told us "it's going to be a while!" and complained to the other staff about the restaurant being busy. I am glad we did not leave because we got Jon as our server and he was an absolute GEM! He was so attentive and sweet. He truly made up for the poor experience with the bar. The first steak I received was underdone and he was so kind about putting it back in for me. He is fantastic!!

As far as the food, no. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but this was the second-worst Chicken Parm I have had in my life (the other one was frozen). And the carrots looked like burnt hot dogs. This was not appetizing. I give it 4 Stars because Virginia was a quality bartender, the wine was good, the rest of the staff was cool, and the bar was real chill and comfortable. And because the Firebirds in my hometown gives you bread. That didn't really make sense because I didn't get bread but it's fine. Due to a car accident, I told myself I was going to do what I loved. No poker room reviews, no videos, no business deals, no alcohol at table. Just the game of poker. No distractions. So, if you follow this account, I'm back on the road.

I enjoy going to Firebirds. Good food, nice ambience and nice drink and wine selection. I love their 3 item fixed price menu. Easy way to get a good entree, salad and dessert. Reservations were easy online and sat me when I arrived and still missing the other party. Waiter was super friendly. Nice dessert for my friends birthday. Overall a solid place to go. I've been to several locations and no issue.

I've seen Firebirds in passing while headed to other places in the St. Charles area and have always wanted to try it so for Valentine's Day made reservations and went. I was thoroughly impressed that as crowded as it was and even with reservations my party was seated right on time. The restaurant was very nice and clean and gave a romantic vibe perfect for Valentine's Day or any date night. I had a speciality alcoholic drink called the Honey Bear drink and it did what it was supposed to do and made me feel nice. The meal I had was a honey glazed chicken breast with a baked potato with veggies and it was a good choice and very fulfilling, so much that I couldn't finish it all. I'll definitely going to give Firebirds another try for Happy Hour or brunch.

AMAZING!! If you are looking for a place for a date night or for special occasions, this is the place to go! Service was top tier, Food was to die for . Came here for the first time for Valentine's Day Celebration and it has beat everywhere we've been and more.

Valentine meal! McKenna was our server. Friendly, and attentive. Crowded and vibrant. I'm so glad I thought to reserve ahead of time. Smart move on my part lol. I had a party of 8 and we were seated at a long table. Tip: if you make reservations your whole party has to be there to get seated. I ordered a 3 course meal which consisted of Caesar Salad, salmon and shrimp w/ rice pilaf and asparagus and crème brûlée cheesecake . For drink I ordered a double black diamond martini. All was good except the rice pilaf. I'm not complaining about the taste , it looked to be cooked to perfection I just didn't like the ingredients in it so I passed on it. Manager came around checking on customers and someone in my party had a complaint on meat not being cooked well done , he quickly took it back to the chef with apologies and brought her back a fresh plate . Great customer service! Overall a 9/10.

Not so good if you have dietary restrictions What I got the grilled salmon with a spicy rub and added carrots on the sides. I was able to not use the butter for my salmon. The salmon was decent, the mushrooms were too saucy, the broccoli was the best veggies option, the carrot I was disappointed it had some cheese on top. It also wasn't as soft and cooked as I thought it would. Also for the ahi appetizer, this was really good, just slightly dry but overall still good. Good sharing portion. Environment This was a stand alone building, there is plenty of parking - a parking lot. Inside there was a lot of seating available. Great place for large parties and also a nice ambiance for dinner setting. Niceness of the staff Despite being a big party, there was always someone there to ensure we were taken care of. Great and attentive. Dollar I don't remember the pricing as I didn't pay Yes I would, and would def try other items. I wish they had better guidance on dietary restrictions especially for dairy...

Firebirds has a good happy hour. They are in a strip mall with plenty of parking. We were looking for a later place to dine and chose Firebirds. They have a drink that is a must try if you like pineapple- Double Black Diamond Martini! So delicious! The service is good. It's a nice restaurant and has a few tv's, a bar area and some outdoor seating. My entree was the honey garlic chicken and asparagus and mashed potatoes. It was very tasty. There's nice ambiance with the dim lighting in the evening. A nice date night spot.
